First time in Arinsal and highly recommended. Slopes were well maintained, lift passes very reasonably priced, queue times next to nothing, prices for lunch reasonable. I can't fault the pistes and lifts. My only gripe was how slow the hire shop was but that's a different story. Temperatures when we were there meant the snow was spring like. I hadn't expected to see 16 degrees C at the end of December. But the whole resort was open and we had a great time. I can't comment on the ski/snowboard schools, suffice to say the instructors appeared very good from what I could see. Would I return? Yes.

By far the best place in Arinsal for food and drinks, Staff went above and beyond for my friend and I, especially Dean. So nice to go to an Irish pub in different countries, it’s not easy to keep up with the Irish craic but this pub definitely does ???????????? Customer service was excellent, extremely friendly. There is also a ‘Derby deli’ on the mountain, which is ideal for lunch, The Derby made my ski trip to Arinsal :) would definitely recommend going here, always have different events on like disco bingo, quizzes, live music etc. It has it all :) guaranteed a good time :) really enjoyed my time in Arinsal and especially The Derby Irish Bar.

Vallnord Bike Park La Massana, , one of the main attractions of the “Valls del Nord” of the north, offers 29 circuits at different levels (21 downhill, 2 enduro, 4 cross-country, 1 four-cross, 1 electric bike, 1 pratice area, 1 kids Bike Park et 1 pump track). Three mechanical lifts operate in summer to give users access to the Bike Park: La Massana gondola lift (departing from the centre of the village, at 1,300 m, and arriving at La Caubella, at 1,950 m) and 2 detachable chairlifts (La Serra II and El Cubil). This last lift reaches the highest point in the Bike Park, at 2,350 m. Additional services have been established at Vallnord Bike Park to give added value to the facilities here: bike hire and maintenance service shops, downhill school, hotels and apartments adapted to the needs of users, and bike.
Our 12 year old had the best 3 days downhill mountain biking and learnt many new skills at bike school. The instructor, Mark, was excellent: friendly, sensible, multilingual and a great teacher- knew how to choose jumps and features according to student's ability. The other kids on the course had similar skill level. All got along well and had a lot of fun. The bike park has high quality runs. Excellent value for money at 35 euro for 3 hours if you book 3 days. Go during the week because courses don't run over the weekend. Commensal Pal and Spot had very good quality hire bikes for a small rider and even swapped the brakes around for our son. Impressively helpful!Staff at the info centre were knowledgeable and multilingual and recommended good walks for the rest of the family. Our 14 year old loved the karting.

We are just beginners but we got a good variety here. Even though we got there at the end of March, we had great snow. We loved the green slopes. Some of us also enjoyed the blue one. There was a bit of ice in the green one, probably due to the weather warming up. We loved the magic carpet until we get used to the lift. We loved the small beginner slopes. We got there after 2 days in Arinsal, we found it to be as much friendly and cozy. We also took the gondola from Pal to Arinsal and back, it’s very fun to cover these heights and grounds, to enjoy the view for us who are only beginning skiers. Great experience!
