DAT 'offers an experience that goes beyond just driving'. Get faster price quotes online for the ride you need. Visit us on the web at Dominican Airport Transfers # 1 Transportation company in DR. Go with the best, Go DAT.
We've used DAT several times now for airport/hotel transfers in Punta Cana. Each and every time they have provided excellent service: great communication before and during our trip; first-rate drivers and vehicles; and always at the hotel early for the return trip to the airport.

The Indigenous Eyes Ecological Park and Reserve is a private protected area owned and operated by the Grupo Puntacana Foundation. Consisting of lowland subtropical forest, the reserve covers 1,500 acres of land dedicated to conservation, scientific research, and recreation. The Ecological Reserve is a forest reserve with twelve freshwater lagoons, five of which visitors can swim in. Historians discovered that the Taíno Indians, the pre-Columbian inhabitants of the island, referred to the lagoons as “eyes” because of their distinctive shape. For this reason, the Ecological Park and Reserve was named “Ojos Indígenas” or “Indigenous Eyes.”The Ecological Park consists of numerous exhibits describing the cultural and natural history of the island.
This is an unique experience. Ojos Indigenas Reserve is an impresive place to swim and jump from the platform to the water or just unwind embracing the beauty of this crystal clear fresh water. Great to go with the family and enjoy the path to get there, observing natural wildlife ( Birds, iguanas, butterflies) you will find around until the paths leads you to the Magic Lagoon where you can also spot shrimps, fish and turtles. Been there twice and anytime I visit Dominican Republic, this is a MUST.

Located in Scape Park, Cap Cana. After passing an interesting trail where you will find some of the most peculiar flora and fauna in the Caribbean, you will reach this spectacular lagoon at the foot of the 65mt high cliff. These turquoise waters have a depth of 37 meters in its deepest point.
We enjoyed the Hoyo Azul as part of the Scape Park. It is quite unique and a lot of fun! You have to do some hiking to get here. We recommend going early in the day when the water is still clear and calm because there isn't many people yet. Wear water shoes and take your bathing suit. Take your phone in a waterproof case because you can take pictures. You could even take your masks if you wanted. Kids may want a life jacket. Overall it is a once in a lifetime experience in a breath taking place. The pure beauty hiking there, walking up to it, and swimming in it is so magical.

We recently visited the National Park of the East, while staying at Iberostar Hacienda Dominicus, in Bayahibe, D.R.. My wife and oldest granddaughter and I spent a day snorkeling, swimming and just relaxing in one of the most beautiful locations we have ever visited. Among things we saw were starfish, lots of fish, pristine beaches and beaches that looked like they were straight from the movies, and the may have been. Blue Lagoon, with Brooke Shields was filmed on the island as was some scenes from The Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. You almost feel like you are on a deserted tropical Island.
