This is a good and inexpensive way to do the Haleakala sunset tour with audio narrative of things to see along the way to the mountain top. Good value for the price. A quick tip: this app burns through your phone battery fast so having a car phone cable is a must or else your phone battery will run out of juice pretty quick...

Honestly, I never write these but felt compelled to this time because it was that awesome. If you're looking to learn to surf, make sure you book with these guys. Most importantly, make sure you request the instructor Kenui. He was my surf instructor and he truly made my trip. He was patient, kind, hilarious, and literally taught me how to surf in an hour and a half. He had a way of explaining things that clicked for me. When I was getting frustrated toward the first half of the lesson, he was able to get me back in the game so to speak. He has one of those personalities where I imagine he can vibe with all kinds of different people. But the best part was he's an excellent teacher and helped me understand the intricacies of surfing. I'm super grateful I randomly got him out of all the instructors. I felt compelled to share this with you all so you can experience it too. Aloha!

We had the best time going on the ATV waterfall tour with Karissa and Caleb as our guides. Best time to go is when It rained a little bit. Don’t wear anything nice because you will get Muddy. Helmets, goggles, and mask is provided by Kauai ATV and sanitized before use. I definitely recommend going on this tour! They will lead you through tunnels, bunkers, waterfalls, and luscious green scenery. Our tour guides also gave us a little history and film facts along the way. Book this tour it’s so much fun! You won’t regret it!

Booked a surfing lesson threw our resort here and had an awesome experience. My wife and I have never been surfing before so while visiting hawaii we figured why not. For our lesson greg was our instructor and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable, relaxed, and patient for two beginners. For the lesson they gave us water shoes and a spf surf shirt which was nice. The beach was nice and calm so it was perfect for our first time. After just 15 minutes greg had me up on the board and after a few more attempts I road my first wave all the way to the beach. Definitely recommend this spot for surfing and all their other water sports seemed great also!

Really loved this experience overall. The dive instructor was knowledgeable and offered some really helpful tips, such as how to check your weight when you first get in the water. Their equipment was of high quality (the masks had that comfy neoprene patch on them for hair and they gave out wrist computers to keep track of your dive. They also had all of the equipment ready for you with estimated weights already inserted! The dive instructor was really nice and had to manage a group of 6 underwater. One of the divers was new and for both dives, she went through her oxygen within 15 mins. For both dives, the instructor gave the diver his oxygen through his second rescue oxygen supply, rather than having us all resurface with the diver. He did this with ease twice! You could also tell he knew his way around all dive sites really well. Boat captain was really funny and approachable. He also helped us get to one dive site to another in a very FAST way on the Zodiac. I already told his funny story of little turtles getting sucked up in Spouted Horn (a blowhole). Tips: These sites can have rough seas. If you get seasick, bring or take medicine. There is also not a canopy or shade so wear lots of refs safe sunscreen. Also, if you have a dry bag, you can clip to the zodiac but beyond that, don't bring stuff. It'll just bounce all over the zodiac. In terms of dive sites, Canverns was AMAZING and one of the best dives I've been on (and I've dove around the world). There were so many turtles sleeping that I lost count!

While many boat tours in this area are sight-seeing tours with some snorkeling sprinkled in, this tour prioritizes the snorkeling. My goal of the trip was to see green turtles in the water, and our guides Josh and Raine definitely delivered! Along the way to the two snorkeling sites, Josh and Raine taught us about the surrounding area including the geology of the lava formations and blowholes as well as the history of the beaches. Once we reached the first site, we were greeted by several turtles on the surface of the water. Once we got in, so many more were seen popping their heads up to get a breather.
