I did two classes with Misuzu and each was fantastic. Both were very informative and delicious to eat. The first class we made Japanese Pancake and Gyoza. The second we made Sushi and Karabe chicken. Misuzu is a great teacher, very enthusiastic about food and speaks excellent English. Would highly recommend her classes.

Hakuba Mountaincross offers regular classes for group training and yoga. Personal training and private groups training and yoga are also available. Whether you are a multi-sport athlete or training for your specific sport, want to lose weight and get in shape, love Crossfit or Yoga, we believe that gym training will make you a better athlete by improving overall strength or overcoming specific weaknesses. We train the whole athlete, but recognize that the rock climber is a very different beast than the downhill ski racer and will adjust and supplement as necessary. Our objective is to make you the best athlete you can be.
Joining Mountaincross Gym is the best lifestyle choice I've made in years. The coaching is superb: motivational, affirming, individual, specific. Both yoga and gym sessions are structured, timed, varied, individualized, 'doable' and effective. The community is welcoming, supportive and friendly. I am making noticeable gains in strength and mobility. Highly recommended for all no matter what your fitness level!

Japanese cooking class in Hakuba. "Wa" a word used to describe Japanese culture and concepts + "Omotenashi" means Japanese hospitality spirit from our hearts. This is exactly my style of dining. I have a big passion about Japanese food culture which is deep and interesting. I would love to share my food knowledge and method of Japanese food as much as possible with authentic way in my class ;)
