A tasting gallery and shop featuring over 85 varieties of the freshest organic, extra virgin, and naturally fused and infused olive oils from around the world. Experiment with your taste buds as you pair olive oils with balsamic vinegars, or our 18-year aged balsamic condimento from Modena, Italy. Yum! We also offer gifts of the mountains by local artists: one-of-a-kind cutting and charcuterie boards by Jimmy Mead, and gorgeous signature serving-ware by potter, Debbie Grimm.
This was such an interesting find in downtown Kingsport. They gave me a “tour” which was really the history of their company and tastings of different olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Debbie was so pleasant, not pushy and very informative. I really enjoyed all the information and all the tastes!!!
