We have selected Callebaut and Belcolade chocolate which we combine with the highest quality ingredients to produce our stunning range of pralines, nougat and chocolate creations. Enjoy the sensation of tasting our hand made chocolate which once experienced will tempt you back for more. Fresh pure flavours which enhance the palette and linger long after you have eaten them.

The Raptor Refuge is committed to securing the future of Tasmania's raptors by reducing human impacts through rehabilitating injured, sick or orphaned raptors, educating the public and supporting habitat conservation." The Refuge s a working refuge not a zoo or wildlife park.We do however now offer a unique experience for small numbers of interested people.
Our hearts were pounding as the wedgetailed eagle skimmed past about a metre away....what a privilege to be that close to those majestic creatures...and a special Thank You to our lovely guide...so cool to be able to touch and pick up wings and claws in the interpretation centre and to meet some owls (my faves) on the loose. Highly recommend a visit, the learning, awe and wonder will be something we will carry in our hearts, so good to see a passionate team committed to saving our important apex predators.

We visited the Shot Tower cafe yesterday for morning tea. The last time was 17 years ago. Scones were just as good as we remembered! Try the date scones...they are the best ........but they do have other food too. Lovely staff in cafe and Shot Tower shop. If weather is good, there is pretty garden to sit in.

Second time I've been to Hidden Cove. What a gem! My partner and I were well looked after today and all our needs taken care of by Jeri and her lovely staff. Raj and Louise prepared us for our total indulgence massage treatment and facial. Himalayan salt scrub, facial and cucumber and oatmeal body mask. Wowsers. 5 star total relaxation. We capped the afternoon off with a nice soak in the private hot tub topped off with champagne and chocolates and a fantastic cheese platter that our tastebuds couldn't get enough of. The booking process is easy and nothing is too hard for Jeri to organise. She c a n accommodate ALL your needs ???? We'll be returning soon for the full overnight Hidden Cove experience!!
