The estate is located in the village of Novi Petrivtsi, 25 km from Kiev. Yanukovych lived in it from 2002 to 21 February 2014, when he abandoned the estate during the 2014 Ukrainian Revolution.

This place is about a 30 minute drive north of the city. It was essentially a private residence built for a corrupt president with stolen funds. The place is truly remarkable. It is also a gorgeous place to visit. We also hired the electric cart service to get a ride around the massive complex.
