Hi Sharma ji, I had planned this trip to make my first marriage anniversary memorable. Have made all bookings and waiting from more than 2 months. Because of drastic increase in covid cases in Delhi during divali and formers protest I was in big tension and in confusion whether to travell or not. It was at high risk and not sure about anything till the last minute. But starting from when I book the cab to last hour of our onboard to trip you made it flawless without small error. Highly disappointed I travel first time on 31-mar-21 kanpur to delhi washroom are very dirty and and no any safety for covid-19 and going delay by one hour from kanpur to delhi TFT screen are available on each sheet but they are not working on any sheet in train these create more anger please remove them if you can't manage . There is no any Stoppage from kanpur to delhi thats why it is not stope on any station but stop any where out side the station It is better that you make stoppage at ghaziabad so that so many people who want to left can leave and save there time,

Your customer service representative, Ajay, was extremely professional and attentive, really took great care of me as a solo female traveler with a few big suitcases, it was important to me to get an assist and feel safe during my transit time. When the time for my check-in came, another employee, Beny, with her colleague, accompanied me to the check-in counters and helped me go through all the procedures, taking me straight to my boarding gates. It was the best airport experience I had in India. Definitely worth every penny. Highly recommended!

We chose the sunrise tour so we can enjoy the view of taj mahal with less people and crowd. We were picked up from our hotel in New Delhi on time thus the early morning traverse.We had a wonderful time and experienced a bit of adrenaline rush along the way due to a foggy road. Overall it was a fun filled day ended with a sumptuos lunch. Lovely people!! I truly would recommend!! Kudos!!????????
