I have been to (too) many services at Tahoma National and I have always been impressed with the organization and efficiency of the staff and volunteers to manage multiple events simultaneously. It is also well-kept, clean and accessible to people involved and people visiting.

My last visit was for the SOVERN Charity weekend event to benefit Childrens Hospital. Watching race cars, talking with the drivers was fun. I have been to the Go Cart track with a group of adults and it was a blast for a reasonable price. Check out their web site for Drag Racing, Car Races, and more.

Mary Olson Farm is the most intact 1880s family farm in King County. Nestled in a private canyon, the center of the farm includes a farmhouse, large barn with animals, a weaving house, and several other out buildings surrounded by forested hillsides and two meadows. Mary Olson Farm is 60-acres and open only during the summer for picnics, and tours of the historic house.
