Arion Therapeutic Farm has something for everyone at any age or ability! Animals, tours, workshops, fun family activities, you can even help feed the animals. This is the place to spend time smiling, breathing the fresh air and leaving all your worries outside the gates!
On a quick Fall road trip from Lower Mainland we booked a quick tour with our 4.5 yr old daughter. Heather - who we understood to be the owner - was a superb host, a lot of fun and really great to talk with. The animals were all healthy, clean and friendly / gentle and the facilities were also obviously well cared for. I would highly recommend to families and groups; just when you think you knew a lot about (farm) animals...you learn even more at this place - regardless of age! Thank you Heather for a lovely afternoon.

Visit tame exotic and domestic animals in pleasant surroundings, and without fences in the way. Fully interactive.
Great up close and hands on interaction with wallabies, Kangaroos, capybaras, sugar gliders, goats, emus and a variety of other birds and animals right in downtown Lake Country. An exciting and educational experience for kids (and adults) who have never held a sugar glider or baby wallaby, and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly folk.

Soma is a coalition of creative spirits. We merge elements of agriculture, architecture, and community. Our focus is on quality craft ciders and authentic hospitality. The Okanagan Valley has a deep rural tradition. You can hear it through local stories and read it in the many orchards, farms, and wineries visible across the landscape. Soma Craft Cidery is part of this landscape, but we also offer a sensory experience unique to the region. We invite you to join us at Soma to celebrate local culture with friends, family, and great cider, food, and accommodation.
If you love cider, you simply MUST visit this small, craft cidery! The ciders are unlike anything else on the market. One has a slight vanilla taste, while another is like biting into a fresh, tart apple. Gorgeous location and llamas are a treat for kids. If you don’t make it up there find it in the bc liquor stores.
