Our first time in Turkey was AMAZING, exceeded our expectations in so many ways. All the places We visited were absolutely beautiful, the hospitality, the culture, the people are super nice. The Jeepsafari in Cappadoccia, the hot air balloons in Pamukkale, THE TURKISH BATH and the Galata tower are highly recommended. WE WANT TO GO BACK!!! Alí was our private tour guide and He was excellent. He's very nice, professional and knowledgeable (and very patient with my girls and I lol We didn't stop talking and singing) Our designated driver was very friendly as well and polite. Overall, AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE! MARAVILLOSO! ????????

We had a wonderful day! a great experience in pamukkale with our guide. Gonca or rosita is a love of person, a being who loves his work and is very professional, his smile and his way of explaining us is unique, he makes us live the story, he is very affectionate and sincere. We also got a good price. We are leaving happy and in a next trip we will not hesitate to hire tours with you and always with Rosita as a guide. I will recommend to my friends from Colombia who are next to come. Thank you.

An excellent private tour by Neon Tours. Our guide, Ozcan (a university professor), was knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. The pacing was perfect and with the tranfers and lunch provided, this really was the best (and most reasonable) way to see the main sights of Istanbul. I followed previous reviewers and declined the visits to the spice and rug shops. Skip the Grand Bazaar (a most disappointing maze of knock-off merchandise) and shop down the local streets which have many charming quality items you actually do want to buy.

My guide, Begu, was superb. Fluent English, knowledgeable, insightful. Had multiple, in depth conversations in general about Turkey and Ephesus in particular. If you are interested in learning the history and culture of this period, Begu is the one to ask for.

I booked a trip with Crossroads in Jan /20,after looking at many good reviews. My booking agent was Mrs Betul Eren.Athough we communicated thru email, her professionalism,,customer skills ,and knowledge was very evident.Somehow she also communicated her humanity.Due to the uncertainty related to covid19, I cancelled my trip.Mrs Eren was understanding and ensured my refund.I am sure Mrs Eren And Crossroads are mirror reflections of an excellent travel company.Hopefully I will rebook when are healthy days return.
