I visited this day spa with my sister and got the Pure Bliss Massage. It was a full body massage and it really did make my whole body feel relaxed. The background music almost made me fall asleep as it was very calming. It’s just one room so you can either be next to the other person or have a screen in betweeen. The masseuses were amazing and very friendly. I would happily return for another massage.

My friend and I had the 90mins coconut oil and hot stones massage and it was just fantastic. We both felt relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend having the 90mins as the time was perfect to totally relax. Thanks to the lovely staff.

I was in desperate need for a 'get out of the house' escape, so I booked for a week at Lilianfels Resort. A key part of this experience was having spa treatments so it was critical that this part was right. I am happy to report that my 4 days of treatments were excellent! From the booking emails and phone call with the lovely Trudi, to the treatments themselves, this was a fabulous spa experience (and to be clear, I'm fussy and go to a lot of spas). The opening Stress Relief Massage on Day 1 with Cheryl was a good start to the week. The very indulgent Outer Beauty Inner Health experience on Day 2 with Lyn was a definite highlight. Days 3 and 4 were with Corinna for Volcanic Stone and Aromatherapy Massages which were fabulous for continuing the relaxation bliss. The facilities are very clean and the jet tub and steam rooms weren't crowded (sometimes even empty!), so it was a nice, calming oasis. The team are all lovely and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Still the best massage in the Mountains!! The newly decorated shop, with a traditional Thai theme, gives a more authentic and relaxed feel. But more importantly, they have retained the best masseuses in the mountains. The highly skilled staff provide a range of massages that incorporate western and traditional Thai techniques, which result quite simply in the best massage in the Mountains. Would highly recommend!!!
