We visited the garden/gallery and were so happy we did! It offers a beautiful and lush respite from the touristy Montego Bay hip strip. Ras greeted us and gave a brief history of the home/garden/museum and interesting experience of building on the steep hillside/cliff while a hummingbird landed in my hand to feed from the feeder. The guide was very informative and pleasant. It rained while we were there which seemed only to enhance the experience...they provided us with umbrellas.

Pirates once haunted this seven-mile stretch of golden sand beach, now ruled by pleasure-seeking beach bums and sun-worshipers.
We had a delicious lunch, relax under the shadded Palma tree n enjoyed the beautiful beach n water sports located along the beaches. If you are going to Jamaica you must take a trip to Negri.

WE ARE OPEN! No reservation required. Rocklands Bird Sanctuary, just drop in between 10AM and Sunset. TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence awarded 2011,12,13,14,15,17,18 ,19. Many bird lovers have enjoyed visiting this tranquil country cottage, patios & quaint Garden to feed the birds. Just 35 minutes from Montego Bay. Open over 60 years. Visitors get to feed colorful hummingbirds birds by hand, see other wild birds on a patio set in our cottage garden. Fritz your soft spoken host will show you how to feed the birds. Entry fee Adults USD$20. The country road to the sanctuary is 1/2 mile, winding uphill & bumpy part of the wilderness adventure. The experience is not recommended for kids under 6 years old. Patience and sitting still is needed, little kids find this hard to do, movement scares the wild birds. Do come and enjoy the unique relaxing experience, ask about our cup of complimentary perked coffee. This is a once in a lifetime experience to experience part of God's creation.
Amazing place and a must see when in Montego Bay! Feeding the hummingbirds was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life and the whole place is so pretty with bird feeding points all over the sanctuary. Couldn’t recommend more!!

I wanted my daughter to learn about historical events in Jamaica so I took her here to view the caves. Well preserved and the staff who did the tour was well informed and knowledgeable which made it rather interesting as he also asked questions which gave my daughter a chance to participate. My daughter is also into collecting rocks so taking her here was a bonus for her as she was able to see how the stalactites and stalagmites were formed over hundred of years. She also was able to gain some knowledge on how the slaves were able to navigate their way through the caves using natural surviving instincts. It’s definitely a place to visit if you’re into history and seeking new knowledge.

We went to reach falls in June of 2019 and loved it so much we returned in November 2019. This place is so beautiful. It is well maintained and well staffed. When you drive up the parking lot and roads have fresh asphalt and a great bathroom and changing room. You do pay $1500 Jamaican dollars to use this spot, but it is so worth it. From the main part of the falls you are able to walk both up the river and down the river quite a bit. The scenery is breathtaking and the water is crystal clear. There are cute little fish swimming in the basin of the main falls. Beware that the ground is rocky so if you have sensitive feet be sure to wear water shoes. It will also make it easier to get up and down the falls if you want to be more adventurous. The water was much higher and the falls rushing harder in June than in November. Also the water was much cooler in November. If you are in the eastern part of Jamaica then this is definitely worth the stop.

Get up close and personal with the Chukka White River Valley location, offering stunning natural beauty and historic landmarks. The clarity of the water at White River Valley and the consistency of the river flow make it stand out above other locations on the island. The limestone bedrock filters the river’s water so it remains crystal clear even when there’s flooding. Located in St. Mary, Jamaica, this location is home to beautiful wildlife and an extensive history. With the exciting zipline adventure and thrilling river tubing journey this location is the perfect piece of paradise when paired with the Blue Hole experience!
We booked a tubing trip down the White River with Chukka Tours and had a wonderful time. I had been promising to go tubing with my wife back home but never did. This more than made up for it in her mind. The river only moves fast in a few places so it is a relaxing ride and beautiful to boot. Lots of plants and flowers along the way and the trip is mostly shaded from vegetation along the river. Our guide, Sheldon, was funny, helpful, and great. I would recommend this excursion.
