"From Shuk to Chic" Established at the end of the 19th century, the Jaffa Flea market is one of the first flea markets in the world. With influences from the Turkish, north African, Balkan, and eastern European kitchens, the market is a melting pot for international cuisine. This area holds a special blend of history and tradition with new boutique cafés, bars, delis, design shops and galleries, and with over 3 million visitors a year, it is one of the most popular hot spots in the country. Together we will tour the market and taste different delicacies. This is an easy walking tour fit for all ages. Walking shoes, a hat and water are recommended

To be honest, I have always been skeptical of graffiti tours and never have been a big fan of street art. Our guide Eviatar was excellent. He shared interesting insight on the topic and led some thought provoking discussions. Equally as important, he is cool guy and we had a lot of fun.

We had a great time in the Golan with Samuel. We did so much in just a short space of time too thanks to Samuel's great recommendations and knowledge of the area. The Kangeroo park, milking cows, building snowmen on Mt.Hermon, incredible viewpoints in Lebanon and Syria from Mt.Bental, waterfalls, Druze villages and a great hotel recommendation/stay too!

On this online tour you will learn about the birth of Tel Aviv, the first new Hebrew city in over 2000 years. We will show you the American en German colonies, the Yemenite quarter and Neve Zedek, some of which are currently very popular. This is not your regular tour with the myth of the lottery with the seashells, this one is based on diplomatic cables and the arrival of a war ship after which the Jews could finally start building their new utopian city. It is an interactive online tour with old photos and maps but also 360 and street views of today and Q&A at the end.
Inclusions: Live guide
Exclusions: Gratuities

This was an excellent and very rewarding tour with David. Despite the challenges of COVID, and the fact I booked the tour on Shabaat, David was able to take me around the old city and pass on his non-biased and in depth knowledge of the old city. David took all COVID precautions and was able to give other handy information about the city, even going so far as to make sure I text him when I got back safely to my hotel. Thanks for a great tour!
