Very cool Rock Bar! This is a must-go for all rockers and jazz lovers who visit Pula! Very nice people there and good music. We had very good evenings there!

Klub Kotač is a non-commercial club founded by the Seasplash collective as an upgrade to the existing Edusplash platform - the Multimedia Platform for Education and Development. We are located on the ground floor, at the corner of the Social Center "Rojc".
