Located on the shores of the Red Sea, this reef area gives visitors a chance to observe and swim with a group of bottlenose dolphins in their natural habitat.
This is by far my favorite attraction in Eilat, a very unique experience and a lovely place to just hang out too, after you have seen the dolphins of course. Our entire family loved it!

I don't have a car. I took the train to Hagana Station in TelAviv. Then I took a taxi to the Safari Park entrance. (I could have walked a few blocks to the 31 bus, which stops a few blocks from the Safari. But taxi is much faster.) After paying (81 shekels for senior citizen), I took a shuttle bus through the safari to the zoo entrance. The shuttle driver will slow down when there are interesting animals to see along the safari route. (People with a car can stop and take photos out of their window.) The zoo has enough animal exhibits to be interesting. There are some refreshment stands and there is a restaurant (it is open on Shabat, but all the food is kosher). There is a small gift shop, mostly with toys and books for kids. On the shuttle ride out, the safari has the lions. The shuttle stopped so we could get good looks of the lion and the pride of lionesses.

Great beach! Gigantic amounts of sand, free parking, showers, toiletts, lifeguards, excellent water temperature(early october), big waves keep coming, and theres enough of those artificial shade makers for everyone to find a free place under.

Probably best snorkeling site in eilat. Good amount of fish life and reasonable coral. There are bridges out to the reefs and you can swim between them. Beach is just before taba border and accessible by bus.

Much more impressed with this stretch of beach than I thought I would be! Sand is great, there is a walkway that runs the beach you can walk or jog on as well! You can capture nice sunsets here as well!

This is the paved beachside walkway which provides a 2km path between Tel Aviv and Jaffa.
the Tayelet , on the promenade has been revamped, with thye removal of the now defunct dolfinarium, which is near the Intercontinental hotel. New exercise equipment has been installed together with new sun shades , all over the beach areas. A great place to walk , or ride a bike ( plenty of bikes to hire) only be aware of the large number of battery scooters in use ( which are quite fast!) Beautiful beach and swimming facilities, which are well supervised by the lifeguards.

This gorgeous beach, which overlooks the Mediterranean, is clean and family-friendly, with plenty of space to soak up the sun, go for a walk along the boardwalk, sit at one of the numerous cafés, or people-watch. The water's usually warm if you want to go for a swim. It does get crowded on the weekends, especially on Saturday evenings, so be prepared to jostle for a space.

This beach is huuuuuuge!! Its alive, it s varied. Lockers and restaurants on the far end. Lots shaded areas and gazebos, lots of areas with showers to wash off the sand, lots of bike stands to rent bikes and just ride around. The was surprisingly very soft against the feet and the water was crystal clear. One great feature was just how far you could walk out into the Mediterranean. It was an awesome experience. Went in November and still got a sunburn.

The Palmachim Beach National Park is a well-known recreation site for beach lovers, but it is also a nature site that preserves the natural beach, coastal limestone ridge and shifting sand dunes. Tel Yavneh-Yam is also located within the national park. The park includes a beach for swimming, indigenous coastal flora and fauna, a huge embankment from the Canaanite city, a sea turtle farm, a visitor service center, chair rental, beach umbrellas for sale, shaded areas on a declared beach, picnic tables, lifeguards during the bathing season and first-aid services. For details regarding bathing times, visit our website.
Nice beach in the National Park, the place is well kept, clean with people taking care of it. Pleasant infrastructure and you only pay for the parking.
