The building and most of its puppets and toys are related to the Qajar era. and there is a wonderful storyteller that there you can listen to her and found a lot of amazing stories about them (I'm not about English version).

After a very interesting music performance, the tombak player gave us a tour of the museum with much love and enthousiasm for the instruments and traditional music. If you like music even just a little, please do visit this museum when you are in Isfahan, and you will enjoy and discover your own passion for music!

The Armenian Quarter is simply stunning! The Vank Cathedral surprisingly has so many valuable artifacts. By the time we got here I was so tired of staring at art on ceilings I was just too exhausted to take in more incredible history lessions so perhaps keep a day for Armenian Quarter. Visit the Music Museum (trust me its more interesting than it sounds) and then eat, eat ,eat. Walk around and check out the charming restaurants and then perhaps go for dessert elsewhere because there are too many spots to choose from. The Vank Cathedral architecture indicates co-existance thousands of yrs back as u see the Islamic dome and the Christian pointed arch.

This beautifully restored museum of hammams sports exhibits a set of costumed mannequins that help to demonstrate the purpose of each part of the bathhouse. There are some wonderful details to admire, including a hunting scene interpreted in tiles, a duck-headed water spout above the main bathtub and beautiful rich marble flooring. The mannequins are perfect and real sized.
