Pure Skill, Fusion of Sport is a brand new state of the art 25,000 sq ft indoor sport and leisure destination located in Knocknacarra Galway, only minutes from the city centre. The circuit comprises of 10 automated sports arenas that test your skill level for different sports including soccer, rugby, gaelic football, hurling, basketball, golf, baseball, and many others. The competitors complete the circuit of all 10 sports with a scorecard marked out of a possible 100 points. It takes on average one hour and 15 mins to complete the circuit. The interactive sports area also offers a wide range of sporting activities from around the world, from surfing to ice hockey to kickboxing, so there is something for everyone! The facility represents the first of its kind in the world having recently opened in Knocknacarra in Galway City, and is proving to be a huge hit for group outings and events. Sean Kelly Sports Centre is a non-profit community Swimming Pool and Fitness Centre with a Sauna and Steam Room. Providing swimming lessons and fitness classes locally over the last 20 years.

Lahinch Leisure World has a 25m pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. We run group and private swimming lessons for adults and children, as well as aqua aerobics classes and water safety courses. Showers for surfers are also offered. Our gym also runs classes or you can talk to one of our gym instructors about tailored fitness or strength training programs. New members and pay as you go customers welcome.

The Sportsground is the home of one of Ireland's four professional rugby teams Connacht Rugby. Connacht Rugby compete in the Guinness PRO 14 and Heineken Champions cup. Visitors can come to The Sportsground to witness a thrilling game of rugby while on a trip to Galway. Tourists can also enjoy family fun,food and beverages at The Sportsground, all within a 10 minute walk from Galway city centre.
