Well worth a visit when you are next in Ipswich. There's an information room upstairs, in a strange room with homaphradites depicted on the wall paintings.

A little gem of a shop, full of unusual items, bags, jewellery, scarves, etc. If you want something to match an outfit there you can be sure to find it here. Always a pleasure to visit, can’t wait till after lockdown to go and buy my special Christmas presents. Good value as well as quality.

Staff are probably the best trained that you will find outside of London. I’ve been going here for 26 years and I hope to be shopping here for another 26 at least. Pinnacle of a shopping experience. I will never buy another piece of clothing from Ipswich again if that shop shuts.

‘Marvellous Machines’ Art museum had a fascinating mechanical installation exhibition suitable for all ages. Do take the time to watch the video about the artists. Brings out the child in you!
