Copenhagen was once a Viking fishing settlement, and you can still find traces of the Norse explorers here. Visit reconstructed villages, the remains of a 1,000-year-old castle, and museums dedicated to the notorious raiders. Copenhagen also features a blend of modern architecture and historical artifacts such as the Round Tower observatory – a wonderful example of 17th-century architecture. Art galleries, narrow streets, canals, parks, and Baroque churches round out the city’s cultural attractions.

Hot Yoga Copenhagen is a dynamic yoga studio located in the heart of Central Copenhagen. We offer 4-5 classes daily in 30 - 35 degree heat. After each yoga class, you are welcome to relax with herbal tea and fruit in our cozy lounge, free of charge.
I was in Copenhagen for 48h with work and I so glad I went to CHY. It’s is spacious, clean and airy site . Lovely studio, showers, relaxing area. The people are just wonderful. So warm and welcoming. I had forgotten any kit and was given shorts, warm tea and a ginger shot. The class was so great; a vinyasa with an emphasis on twisting. And the instruction is in English:) Hot, super clean showers (bring soap). I cannot recommend it highly enough.

The studio is beautiful, many different kinds of yoga and Soham teaches the best classes together with other excellent teachers. I have tried yoga many places but always return to Hamsa.
