Heading out along Nutbrook trail from Straws bridge on our new years day walk it was freezing and the path was very icy and slippy, most people we met where walking on the edge or grass all the way to the canal, beautiful crisp day for a walk.

A one of a kind architectural masterpiece that draws visitors from near and far. Children love the novelty of this sight. A genuine landmark and Ilkeston institution.
Brilliant architecture, design and practicality. The hole has no bounds, one minute you’re crawling through it, the next you’re on the other side. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed visiting this landmark. We’re well travelled, but this one has topped them all with its interactive and charismatic design. Well worth a visit if you’re in the area. As a bonus we also used the cash machine. Natwest really are at the forefront of banking and art, so it would seem.

Local history museum and art gallery with a wide ranging event programme. Lots of free family activities. We have a lovely volunteer run tea room on site.
A little gem, always got something going on, lots of educational stuff going on throughout the year. Located in a lovely building. Lots of activity's planned for school holidays either free or very cheap.

Very nice, historic picture house, which in the past featured in some top tv-shows. Good value prices, compared to your mega cinemas, shows the latest films. Worth a visit.

A wonderful facility on our doorstep. Love the flower beds and take our granddaughter every week to look round, scoot around in safety and play in the park

We visited last night to celebrate our daughters 18th. We had a table upstairs which was lovely. Having never visited before we were really impressed. The food was excellent and the staff were really helpful and friendly. We had a lovely night and will definitely be back.

Visited over xmas with friends and family. Must say this time round was excellent. Staff seemed more helpful and to see the manager out and about and actually working was brilliant to see. The centre was much cleaner than previous visits. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was 100% better. I personally will be back with my children. Ignore the decor of the place its not the staffs fault that the company spends nothing on the look of the place.
