Tiriac Collection represents the exhibition of cars and motorcycles of Mr. Ion Tiriac. Opened to the public in November 2013, the collection includes over 150 historical vehicles manufactured since 1899, but also performant cars, with a current design. Visitors will find the only collection in the world with the 6 Rolls Royce Phantom produced until 1972, as well as exhibits that previously belonged to great names such as Sir Elton John, Sammy Davis Jr. or Bernie Ecclestone.

Very nice place, large park with lake view. Recommended for all age. Just 15 km from Bucharest center. But avoid the restaurant

This started with a great idea, based on basic stuff which nowadays is very easily missed out. The place is well kept, as clean as it can be with so many domestic animals there, with a lots of playgrounds, some of them shaded. You can bring food with you and eat it in many picnic places. There is a restaurant but open only during the weekend. We'll visit this place for sure again with our baby.

Monastery said to be the final resting place of Vlad (Count) Tepes, also known as Vlad Dracula.
Snagov Monastery is supposedly the resting place or burial site for Vlad Tepes, a.k.a. Dracula. The monastery is located on a small island in which you can access by foot walking over a metal bridge that takes you over a beautiful lake. The monastery is beautiful on the inside and you are able to get up close to Dracula's resting site. Locals visit the monastery so it's not just a tourist attraction. I do think it's worth seeing if you are in Bucharest. It's not that far of a drive from the city.
