Full Dining Home Style Cooking Class

Time and day are actually very flexible. I will meet you at the gate of JR Ibaraki station of JR Kyoto Line, and I'll take you to my cooking studio by car. It will take 5 min if there is no traffic jam. In the beginning of my cooking, I will explain to you what we cook besides soy milk and tofu drinking Japanese tea. This is hands-on cooking class. We will make rich soy milk of soy beans, creamy tofu, other homemade dishes with soy milk and tofu. Regarding soy milk, first you need some practice, but doesn't take long time until you grasp the techniques of it with my recipe. This is the most key point to make all the dishes we cook in this workshop tasty or not tasty. After cooking, let's enjoy a complete meal starting with "Yuba" which is skin of soy milk and "creamy tofu" with various condiments, and other dishes we cooked. And we will make Japanese sweet "Nerikiri". After cooking, let's enjoy a complete meals with Japanese tea.
