My friend and I had one day to visit Luxor and chose Marsa Alam Tours. The good price, reviews, and private tour first attracted us, and the service really exceeded expectations. We booked the tour the day before, and they were fantastic with reaching out quickly to coordinate all the details. Both our driver, Amr, and our guide, Mohammed, were very knowledgeable and friendly and worked with us to tailor the experience to what we most wanted to see (Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple, Valley of the Kings, and the Alabaster shop were my faves). Mohammed even helped us avoid pushy souvenir shop workers and with haggling when we did find stuff we wanted to avoid the tourist up-charge (although all souvenir shops along the way are extremely overpriced). I would highly recommend them for those looking for a more personalized tour!

We tried repeatedly to contact this company after the trip was booked, paid for and confirmed. Multiple phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails were unanswered on the day we were supposed to do the trip and no one showed up to pick us up. Our hotel couldn’t contact anyone at the company and Viator was no help, either. Our whole trip to Sharm el-Sheikh was centered around climbing Mt Sinai and now it’s been ruined.

Had a very nice day. We were not in a hotel, but we could arrange with the local party to be picked up near our apartment. The ride in the bus is quite long, but definitely worth it! Luxor is beautiful and our English guide could tell a lot about the temples and the history of Egypt. This trip is definitely recommended!

a total disaster! It is not an aquarium but some sort of a zoo but most of the animals you can see at the photos are not existing! The place has a weird design and the animals are not even closely kept properly. Pool with Kois has been having almost no water...

Mohamed Nazeer worked as a guide for Thomas Cook when I was a rep on the Nile Cruise boats , the Maharousa and Nile Saray. I worked on many Nile Cruises with Mohamed and went with him and his guests on the tours and found him to be a brilliant guide with a touch of humour.He is very passionate about his country and its history and has a wealth of knowledge which he loves to share with his guests. Definitely a lovely guy who will make your holiday an unforgettable experience so much that you will want to return. Hopefully I will see you next year Mohamed

We have booked the trip to Luxor with Ramashka and the service was amazing. Mr.Ahmed picked us up from the hotel at the exact time that he mentioned and gave us extra breakfast and a great fresh. When we arrived at the bus we were given front seats in order to have better view. The service was absolutely fantastic we had plenty of time to take photos, videos and even buy souvenirs.

Was a wonderful authentic trip, and the stargazing was the best bit, Mohamed the astronomy guide is super knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend this trip for the nature/ moon and start lovers.
