Fantastic vistas with many raised tee decks make for a great golf experience...both difficult and easy holes make for a great challenge. The fairways are very generous for miss hits but trouble always lurks in some very deep bunkers. Great food after golf at Antlers steak house make the day even better. A must.

Welcome to The Acres Driving Range! We are open from 7am-dusk daily, during the golf season. We are a family oriented practice facility for golfers of all skill levels, conveniently located just 10 minutes East of downtown Huntsville. The range features an elevated tee deck, both grass tees and mats, 300 + yards, practice bunkers, and a wedge area to work on your short-game! We offer clubs for lend, a shaded seating area for viewing and unmatched prices. Come hit at our natural target greens or take a shot at one of our barrels for a chance to win a free bucket of balls and add your name to our player's club!If your game isn't up to par, a lesson with our certified instructor, Dr. Golf, will be sure to better your game. Both private and group lessons are available throughout the season. See you on the tee deck!

We arrived to an immaculate cottage and enjoyed a beautiful winter weekend at Diamond in the Ruff. They had a fire going and got chocolate and we were able to borrow snow shoes at the welcome center. There was a beautiful trail on the property as well. Comfortable beds and furniture and wonderfully stocked kitchen ! Loved the screened in porch as well. We didn’t use as it was cold but a nice touch!
