We visited last week and was pleasantly surprised with the beautiful mansion now converted into a museum. It has beautiful stain glass windows that has been built on site and are replica of stain glass windows from European Churches. The guide was pleasant and knowledgeable.
The variety of artifacts and attention to details are impeccable. It also houses the pieces collected by the family from Egypt , Greece and other parts of the world.
Definitely worth the time in the beautiful surrounding !!!
Will be definitely going back during their Fall festival for various activities and special tours.

Smoke & Mirrors Magic Theater

ABOUT THE SMOKE & MIRRORS MAGIC THEATER The theater is a custom-designed sixty seat magic theater, built in the European style, with the focus on perfect sight lines and sound for the audience and unmatched conditions for the performer. While these types of theaters are popping up in different cities in Europe, to the best of our knowledge, this will be the first such theater in the US.

The pictures unfortunately are not up to-date. It must have been remodeled recently because the interior is brand new. Absolutely gorgeous inside. It is a little tough to find the theater as it is in the back of a complex. The magic show was amazing. My wife and I decided to check it out as a last minute date idea. At $25 a seat, we had no idea of what to expect. There were only 6 seats left and they were in the back so we were a little concerned. We called the theater and the owner personally answered the phone and assured us that no seat was a bad seat. He wasn't kidding. We were the farthest possible distance from the stage and we could clearly see everything. There are only 4 rows of seats and the rows are stadium style so every seat is literally a great seat.

We saw the "Catch Me" Magic duel show. It was spectacular. The magicians had a great sense of humor and play with the audience and we alternated between laughing hysterically and being blown away by the illusions. There is a high degree of audience participation if you want it but you are not placed on the spot if you don't. My wife was able to participate in two illusions and it was a highlight of the night for her. If you are looking for a great night out, you definitely need to check out Smoke and Mirrors!

Very impressive structure from the outside, and just as impressive on the inside. Had a wonderful, two hour tour of building with a Wright knowledgeable lady named Belinda. After tour, we continued our discussion with a lady named Helene. Both ladies enhanced what was an already incredible experience. Well worth the hour and a half drive from Hershey to see.

Crooked eye's staff are all really friendly. We shared two flights and the beer selection is good and varied. They have growlers and crowlers for sale too. Great spot, albeit a little hard to find tucked behind a tattoo shop. There's a deli next door, a wawa and a vegan restaurant are close by too, so you can grab food to bring with you.

Willow Grove Park Mall

Enjoy superior shopping in the Abington Township, Montgomery County and Greater Philadelphia area at retailers that include Macy's, Bloomingdale's and more.

Reviewed By Keith F - Willow Grove, Pennsylvania

The Willow Grove Park Mall had opened in 1982 on the site of the former Willow Grove Amusement Park. The mall has over 150+ stores for shoppers with several anchor tenants that include Sears, Bloomingdales and Macy's. There was a JCPenny here as well which just was closed. There are many upscale stores for people to shop at. Some of the shops include Bath and Body Works, Apple Store, Verizon Wireless, T-mobile, American Eagle Outfitters, Gap, Gap Kids, Build a Bear Workshop and others. The places to eat include Auntie Annies', Master Wok, Chick-fil-A, Roll-ups, Saladworks, Stewarts and Starbuck's.
The mall is owned the PREIT or the Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust and Willow Grove Park is one of its more successful mores along with the Cherry Hill Mall in New Jersey.

The mall has three floors and it has a Victorian style throughout. There is also a carousel in the third floor entrance for guests.

We love this mall and are often shopping and the place does a great business. I would recommend visiting the Willow Grove Park Mall. Be sure to see some of the old pictures on the walls from the time when there was the famous Willow Grove Amusement Park on this very spot in the early 1900's.

Ambler Theater

The Ambler Theater, built in 1928, is a modified Spanish design. It is a nonprofit community-owned theater with approximately 6,000 members. The theater seats 140 and 110 in 2 of the auditoriums. Renovations to the third auditorium were completed in 2007 and it seats 270. The theater features dolby digital sound, stadium seating, handicap access and hearing impaired services.

Reviewed By Gary F - Maple Glen, Pennsylvania

The Ambler Theater is a local gem and an antidote to the horrid multiplex, cookie cutter theaters that predominate in the suburbs It is the closest movie experience to the Ritz theaters that we have in the suburbs. Much of the original architecture of an "ancient" movie palace have been retained. The lobby is small but authentic. So is the small refreshment stand.
Seats are comfortable and the theaters are small enough so the screen occupies much of your line of sight. The attendees are usually well behaved
and respectful of others.
Left for last is the outstanding moves that only Ambler brings to the screen - small independent productions, foreign films, documentaries, televised performances.
