I cannot say enough wonderful things about Melvin and his service! I booked an airport pickup and the East Coast tour with an airport drop off. He provided me instructions prior to my arrival that he would meet us at baggage claim. Our flight was early and Melvin showed up before our bags arrived! The macadamia nut chocolates and leis were the PERFECT Oahu greeting! The East Coast tour was interesting and informative. He took us to several sites that I would never have seen on my own. As a bonus, he was sure to take pictures at the best photo spots! Thank you, Melvin for a wonderful trip! I most definitely recommend his services.

We arranged with Anthony to be picked up at Honolulu airport he was there waiting for us when we arrived clear instructions on what to do on arrival very nice gentlemen promp service, we also arranged for transfer from hotel to airport for return home a 4am pick up again Anthony was waiting for us. Would highly recommend Direct shuttle service as they are promp very reasonably and to top it all very nice, van was clean and tidy as well , thank you so much Anthony. Maggie Farman
