Delectable dim sum, floating islands, and a one-of-a-kind skyline are just some of Hong Kong’s unique features. Get an eyeful of traditional Chinese architecture in Ngong Ping village, then take the tram to the tippity-top of Victoria Peak for unparalleled views. The rocks and gentle hills of Nan Lian Garden will bring you inner peace, as will a calming cup of tea in a Stanley café. Become one with everything at the Chi Lin Nunnery, a serene Buddhist complex.

The walk is relatively easy if you catch a cab from Pak Tam Chung. As private cars are not allowed to access beyond Pak Tam Chung, you can either catch a cab in or hike in. Cab ride costed around HKD75 one way & around 15 mins. The views on the way in are nice. The East Dam view is lovely too. Byt there are no trees and the area is totally open. Do bring a cap... At the end of the trail is a sea cave, the waters are crystal clear. Catching a cab back might be a problem, try to go in the morning, and leave before noon, if there are people going in, the cabs will be waiting to take passengers on the return journey. It seems on Sundays, you can catch a mini bus in but we havent tried before.
