South Florida's oldest and largest orchid nursery. Fine orchids are our only business! The nursery is open to the public from 9am to 5pm daily except Mondays and a few major holidays. Please join one of our free weekend garden tours (weather permitting, 11am and 3pm Saturdays and Sundays) for a glimpse at the owners' private tropical garden.
Even if you don't plan to purchase an orchid, this place is like a tropical paradise. There are hundreds of orchids hanging, on benches, in gardens etc. and you feel like you are at a botanical park. As an added benefit, a gentleman was passing out cups of lemonade which was a welcome treat. Highly recommended.

Life Pointe Church is theologically conservative, emotionally expressive, missionally focused, and relationally interconnected. We are a community-focused church welcoming all regardless of background. For purposes of World Missions cooperation, connection, and accountability, we are a part of the Church of God. Sundays 10 & 11:30 am Wednesdays 7 pm
The worship is awesome. The venue is beautiful, but geared to the younger set. The music is loud and powerful. So you may need to ask for earplugs. But the worship is genuine. The minister teaches straight out of the Bible. He is passionate about leading others to the redeeming value of Christ. The members are welcoming and pleasant. There is a coffee bar in the lobby, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere.

This is a giant roadside fruit stand, with produce, flavored honey, and a milkshake/smoothie bar where they whip up amazing drinks with super-fresh, lush produce. Try a Tamarind-Vanilla shake while you pick out some mango honey to take home. Sip a Cantaloupe Smoothie and get some fresh citrus and berries for a picnic.

Prepare yourself to be addicted to cinnamon rolls and strawberry milkshakes. Knaus Berry Farm has been around for ages and proven to have the best bakery item in town. They grow there own strawberries which are the sweetest and juicest berries you’ve ever tasted! You can also find their milkshake, coffee and ice cream stand next to the bakery. I’m the back you can opt for pick your own berries and weight for price cost. There is a chickee hit for eating your food and you can hear everything going on in the bakery. Parking is always hard as a middle school is acrosss the street making you park along the sides on the street. Get there early (about 6am) to be the first in line or you will be waiting 2-5 hours! Trust me, it’s worth the drive and your taste buds will thank you!

I went on a Tuesday afternoon with my daughter to walk around Black Point Marina Park. I have been in that place many years ago but I didn’t know it has more than a restaurant and the actual marina. It turns out that he has a large walkway that you can use for either walk, run, or bike. I parked in one of the many places they have available for free to do so, then I walked around and enjoy the gorgeous view, and took some nice pictures of this place.
