Founded by François Pouliot in 1994, what use to be Domaine Neige became part of Quebec's cultural and economic history. From 1994 to 2018, the cidery has received more than 150 awards and international recognitions. Their ciders has found themself on the most important tables of the world, with the most prestigious addresses. Their ciders has been appreciated by the best known personalities of the political and cultural world. Domaine Neige has gone away in 2018; long lives Verger Hemmingford!
