Enjoy friendly staff, antique decor, and the casual atmosphere of Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards on beautiful Seneca Lake. Visit us and see why the Wine Enthusiast Magazine (May 2008) voted us one of the Top 25 tasting rooms in the United States. Great wines! Great times! Home of the Red Cat.
Our favorite winery never disappoints! We have not visited the area for several years and were pleased to find our old favorites and some new ones! Melanie was full of information about the family, farm and business history as well as the wines...the Bramble Berry brownies were an added bonus!

Historic vineyards provide a stunning view from our intimate and casual tasting room. We offer delightful handcrafted wines - Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Chardonnay and "Ice style" dessert wines - served with gourmet bread by our friendly and helpful staff. We are also pet friendly!
My wife and I visited Standing Stone on the last weekend of July 2020. Marissa welcomed us. Wonderful renovation via new owners. We ordered two glasses of cab sav and farm red. Must say the wines were favorable and the scenery outstanding. The server Marissa while busy really took time out to explain the wine and help with our purchases. Really a special experience!

The best winery on the Secena Wine trail hands down! The staff is awesome and knowledgeable. Heather was super nice, she knows her wine for sure! The view over the Secena River adds to the ambience.

Hector Wine Company is a small Finger Lakes winery dedicated to making handcrafted wines. Focusing on select vineyard blocks from family owned Sawmill Creek Vineyards, the wines represent a unique sense of place on the east side of Seneca Lake. At its most basic, its made up of a group of friends passionate about making wines that express the natural beauty of the Finger Lakes.
We had a very nice time, with the young lady pouring that day. She was friendly and then when asked a few questions gave us a lot of interesting information about their grapes and wines, as well as the winery's dogs who were laid back and friendly. We also met the vintner, Justin, who took the time to say hello and see what we tasted and thought of the wines. Their Rieslings are world class, and several of their Reds were also exceptional, with great depth of flavor and balance. Having grown up in the Finger Lakes region, I am so proud that they've captured the best of the grapes of the region in these wines and taken it to the next level!

This is a small winery with adorable owners that are really passionate about their wines. Their wines are mostly organic without filtering and fining. Recommend their Chardonnay and Gerwurztraminer.

First time at this winery, beautiful view of the lake. We had a nice lunch and wine tasting! Delicious! Loved the Chardonnay and bought a few bottles. We felt very safe, everyone wore masks when not seated and the tables a safe distance apart.

Lucky Hare is a NYS Farm Brewery focusing on providing fresh and delicious beer on a daily basis. Locally sourced grain and hops are used in every beer we create. Flights, pints, crowlers and growlers are all available for purchase along. Reservations required for larger groups and can be made through our website. We are dog and kid friendly!
This was one of the places my partner and I stopped at during a weekend visiting Watkins Glen. This is a very small brewery with mostly outdoor seating and no food, unfortunately. My partner really liked the beer selection (especially the IPAs) and ended up buying one of their 32 oz cans to take home. The people there were very friendly. I've read the owners plan to revamp this place and add food, among other things, in the near future. I'd be interested in seeing the new and improved place.
