Family run boutique vineyard, winery and cellar door, nestled in the heart of the Heathcote wine region. Varieties produced include Shiraz, Grenache, Mourvedre, Tempranillo. Great views from the cellar door and friendly hospitality to visitors. Grazing platters available.
From the moment I walked into the Cellar Door, I knew I was in good hands. Owners and winemakers Tracie and Peter took the time to take me through their extensive range of premium quality wines, which were all delicious and obviously made with great care and passion! Their knowledge of the wine-making process and grape varietals they used to make their wines is remarkable and their friendly welcoming manner made me feel so comfortable. Their passion for sustainability also shone through, as they explained how their grapes are dry-grown without any irrigation in their 100% off-grid winery. With amazing scenic views, ornamental garden and sensational tasting wines, this winery is not to be missed when visiting the Heathcote region.

Idavue Estate is a family owned boutique Vineyard, Winery & Cellar Door We produce true Heathcote style wines with Shiraz being our flagship award winning wine and also we are very proud of our award winning Cabernet Sauvignons 1999 saw us plant our first vines and learning a new trade! Grape growing and wine making has been a real journey for us as we live on site and really do live and breathe the vine to wine life! We have built a quirky Cellar Door which has guitars and blues music posters adonrning the walls - monthly blues music events are held and we have been bringing live Blues Music to Heathcote for the last 13 years. We are open weekends where you will talk with Andy and Sandy the owners and winemakers Do yourself a favour and call in and visit! You won’t be disappointed! Cheers !
You need a bit of entertainment whilst visiting the Heathcote wine region this is one place to go, great hospitality & local music bands with a great feed by the host with the mostest Sandy.... family friendly atmosphere.. not far for the township
Tour. I am a Sri Lankan born Australian with a sound understanding of both cultures. I have worked in hospitality businesses in Sri Lanka and Australia and this I believe, gives me the edge over my competitors The itinerary I offer for the price I charge is lower than my competition This is because I work with family and friends who own or operate the businesses that I deal with in Sri Lanka My competition do not offer a tour of a local aboriginal village or a seafood BBQ on a private beach Products. I am an Australian owned and operated small family business. All of my products are made in small batches in a registered kitchen at my home in Heathcote Junction, Victoria. I grow some of the ingredients that end up in my products and I am pleased to say that I do not use any artificial additives in any of my products. This earned me an award from the International Anti-Additive Association in 2016. Pop in to a farmers market and say 'Hello", or cook on a beach in Sri Lanka with me.
