This is an amazing place - every time you go (whether you're an adult or child), there's something new going on. First off - the park offers lots of events - snow showing in the winter, bird watching and bird banding. Check out the website/newsletter to find out when the next event is taking place. There are many trails and paths that walk along the river. Fortunately, there are benches along the path - when you see something beautiful, you can sit, pause, and enjoy the view.

Great views of the Mississippi River and nice biking especially north near Schaar's Bluff and beyond. Nice fall colors. Alternatively you can head south of the Park Reserve and find the trail that takes you down to Lock and Dam Number 2.

We had a marvelous time with a wine tasting and some deli goodies to spend the better part of a snowy afternoon in a cozy spot. Always worth the trip, this place just gets better and better.

Hello, my family has been coming here for over 35 years now and we wouldn’t buy milk or dairy products anywhere else. The milk is fresh; cheese curds squeak in your mouth and the shakes are fabulous.

From the building itself to the beers themselves, it's exactly what a craft brewery should be...cozy, quaint, friendly, and welcoming. The beers were all solid (well, the 6 I tried anyway) and adding a little cold press coffee to their stout (which they were able to do even with a small taster flight glass) was delicious! Awesome, friendly people behind the bar, too!
