Whilst holidaying in this beautiful town visiting family, we paid a visit to the Harrow Discovery Centre, and in particular the Cricket display in honour of Australia's 1st Aboriginal Test cricketer, and local Johnny Mullagh, and the great Sir Donald Bradman. The discovery centre is very well laid out, and very friendly staff who were on hand to answer any questions. For a small country town the amount of authentic memorabilia and information about Johnny Mullagh is both very respectful, and appropriate. Likewise the display in honour of the Great " Sir Don" is also time well invested and they have some amazing items on display, such as one of the last bats he ever used! For a test cricket fan like myself this was an amazing thing to see! Harrow is a beautiful little town, and this discovery centre is certainly worth the visit!
