Took the CWP from Ed today. Terrific information presented in a very engaging manner. Great balance of humour and the serious aspects of owning and carrying a firearm. Great experience using the range and interactiing with other members of the staff. Highly recommend Ed as an instructor and the range as a great place to train.

Such a beautiful little park. Would be perfect for a wedding or any type of party, nice walk in the park along the lake, has a play area for children, and more.

Just a few miles over the bridge is the Savannah National Wildlife Refuge. It's free, but very worthy of leaving a donation. The building has tons of informative displays and friendly staff to answer any questions you may have. Once you finish browsing through the building, you drive down the road and take the Laurel Hill Wildlife Drive. It is 4 miles of drive through wildlife sightseeing around an old rice plantation. It was a very pleasant, peaceful drive and we even saw a baby gator!

We played the Short Course once this week, having driven over from a Hilton Head vacation. $15 each plus $5 for each pull cart. I played the 6 holes twice & my husband played 3 rounds. Very pleasant to take some time for our short game. Saw a couple of alligators but just kept an eye on them. Very enjoyable and will be very convenient to the new club house.
