The little Antarctic penguin Mumble who was the first born in inland city all over the world is a happy angel. He is also Harbin tourism mascot. The Chinese funniest polar bear brothers Tangji and Hede,Russian walrus Eno and Eva,magic star sea lion Billy and his super star team, will present a fantastic polar performance for you.
Went here with my wife and 5 year old aon. I like the beluga which is quite unique and Im not there are that many park that has that. Quite amazing creatures. The park itself is relative small compared to other ocean park but it was enough for me. I also find the animals specially the polar bear and wolf seems to be quite fed which is nice

My daughter really enjoyed the up close and personal experience with tigers that have jumped right up to the bus windows when it stopped and people started feeding them. I'm always torn between how zoos allow people learn about animals and the conditions in which the animals are kept. But here it seemed that tigers had lots of room to roam and appeared to be undisturbed by people rolling through. For about $25 per person, this was a worthwhile experience. It would be cool to revisit the park in the winter months.
