At Skizone our revolving, fully adjustable ski slopes replicate a real piste. The slope surface is an astro-turf carpet which offers the most economical way to learn and is suitable for all ages and abilities. With a fully qualified instructor by your side throughout the lesson and a mirror at the bottom of the slope feedback is instant and gives you the best opportunity to perfect your technique.
compared to both dry slope and indoor snow slopes, Skizone is the best way to hone your skills. i've learnt to both ski and snowboard there. the 3 main advantages that it has are 1) unlike dry/snow slopes where you have to waste time going up and down on the drag lift, at Skizone you get every second of practice time. so half an hour on their equates to many hours on a dry slope. 2) the surface at Skizone has a lot more friction than at the other slopes, so you need a lot more control to do it. so it punishes you if you make a mistake, which means your technique becomes that much better. 3) unlike a dry slope, the gradient and speed of the slope can be altered by the instructor so it can be made to suit all abilities. also the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We are one of the UK's leading museums for British military aviation history. Boasting 40 fixed wing and rotary aircraft on site, we have fascinating exhibits and a wonderful 'Apache Cafe' looking out over the busy Middle Wallop Army Air Corps airfield.
If you want to see helicopters and light aircraft albeit retired ones, and see displays of army flying in history to the present day then this is for you. It needs time to enjoy as there is a lot of detail, so either go solo or accompanied only if your companions are really interested in this sort of history. A very good few hours can be spent at this museum. Plenty of safe parking space in the grounds.

Team Sport Southampton Don’t hold back when racing around TeamSport Eastleigh’s 400-metre incredibly wide track, providing ample overtaking opportunities. The magnificent exit corner from the bridge allows speeds of up to 40mph down the Hanger straight before the Dunlop curve, a high-speed double apex corner with a tight entry and wide exit providing a test of determination and skill. Two exciting hairpins running in opposite directions are the last obstacles before its time to get back on the accelerator giving it full throttle over the flyover!
Amazing time, so much fun. We are super competitive and lap times were given so it was great get the results. The staff member Ash was brilliant. So friendly, welcoming and gave good advice. She gave us na extra session half price. And I got a medal for heating my partner which made me even happier to gloat! Hahah Great experience, well worth it!

Situated ten miles north of Bournemouth, our leafy outdoor hideout at Moors Valley Country Park is famous for its adventurous woodland play and cycling trails. I fear heights so I had to wait until my grand daughter was 6 years old and she could Go Ape on her own. ( the 5 year old, just the minimum 1 m tall will have to wait a year as she has to be accompanied????) Supervising adults have to stay on hand. We booked easily on line and chose the 10 am slot to be first in the day . £18 for a good hour slot. Parking max is £10 for 4 hours. WiFi is a Council run site in the cafe. My grand daughter loved it and was fearless- managing an amazing 7 circuits in the time. You are clipped on so have to stay in order and therefore may go at the pace of the slowness, although there are 2 routes Both end in a zip wire. We re booked for a 2 nd outing today and it was equally great although off to a slow start while all the climbers were put into harness. It was a little chilly for watchers as the trees give shade from the weak sun. Warm up in the cafe or the 2 playgrounds afterwards... Staff friendly and enthusiastic.???? We have just done the return at Easter 2019 and the now 6 year old, just over 1 m had her 1 st Go Ape experience as part of her birthday presents. We booked the later 4 pm slot so their mummy could drive down from Somerset to watch too. The staff are really super- really professional and welcoming and very safety conscious. There was some hold ups particularly waiting for the zip wire but they kindly gave us an extra 15 minutes so the 6 and 7 year old grand daughters managed 6 circuits. We were told that coming soon will be a new addition joining the Junior Circuit with the adult zip wire ( being built by a French company where the Go Ape concept originated) Thank you for making this experience really special???? ( and I bought the £3 Go Ape medal to add to their fitness/ exercise collection). We will return!

Looking for a clean, bright and friendly soft play centre in Hedge End? With a huge play area, featuring a 3-level climbing maze and an indoor football target practice area, Play Shack has plenty of things to keep your little ones occupied. Why not set up a play date and catch up with your friends over a cup of coffee while the kids play! Don’t worry, the play area is in full view of the cafe, so you’ll always know what your sprogs are getting up to. Coming with kids of different ages? While your older tots run around and burn off some energy in the large soft play area, under 3s can play, explore and interact with each in a separate space, designed especially for them. With soft play for toddlers and stimulating sensory play for babies, your youngest will have the chance to have fun in a safe environment, while developing their physical and social skills at the same time. Loving Play Shack? Throw your kid’s next birthday party there!
I left a poor review before but today we had such a lovely time. The staff were so friendly; and helped me with my little boy who had an accident (our fault not play shacks!) and the staff member who helped us with him was wonderful. The hot drinks we ordered were great too. The place was clean and tidy. My son loves play shack so wanted to give a good review. We’d also been last week during half term and the staff were brilliant then too even though it was heaving!
