Hananomai Brewing is a brewery offering Daiginjo, Junmai-shu, and Honjouzou-shu classes of sake in Shizuoka Prefecture. It manufactures and sells sake, rice shochu and plum wine made from 100 % locally grown ingredients, etc. The brewery provides a tour that includes a video orientation covering about the sake manufacturing process, a visit to the brewery and the fermentation room, sake squeezing, etc. A variety of sake including limited editions are available for tasting and purchase on-site.
