Aventura Mall

Defined by Culture, Style and Taste, Aventura Mall’s three-level expansion wing is highlighted by experiential additions to the Arts Aventura Mall program, including the landmark, 93-foot-tall Aventura Slide Tower by Carsten Höller and Gorillas in the Mist by The Haas Brothers, the much-anticipated return of Zara, the first Topshop Topman in Florida, Treats Food Hall, and an array of dining destinations offering indoor-outdoor seating. Anchored by five department stores, including Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s and Macy’s, Aventura Mall features over 300 stores, including upscale boutiques such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Givenchy, Cartier, Tiffany & Co., Fendi, Burberry and many more, as well as shopper favorites: Apple, Anthropologie, H&M and Urban Outfitters. Centrally located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Aventura Mall also includes a 24-screen AMC movie theater and Arts Aventura Mall, a collection of installations by internationally renowned artists.

The bigger the mall becomes the colder it gets. I remember when it was smaller, but with such variety to offer! Bookstore, toy store, Dappy, Hallmark, Sharper image...And Christmas? It was a Christmas wonderland...the train for the kids, the huge tree. Little by little the took everything away, to the point that last year there wasn't a single Christmas tree in the Mall. The only Christmas touch was Santa, but the rest of the mall? Nothing.

Now they don't even have a food court. With the closing of Sbarros, people have no choilce but to go to a sit down restaurant. I have no ideas what kind of clientele you are trying to attract with these changes, but it seems you are trying to drive the average costumer and families away/ I miss the mall the way it was just a few years ago.

When you come down from the frozen north east to this beach, you just melt at the site of the blue water and white sand! Sure there's better beaches, so they say..... this beach is wide with plenty of room, the drop off edge is where I like to be. Love to hear the waves crashing. I'll be back for sure!!!!!

Haulover Beach Park

Nestled between the Intercoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean, this scenic park boasts white sandy beaches, open ocean surf and sweeping dunes.

Parking was $7. This was my first time at a nude beach and even though I knew what to expect, it was still shocking to see a LOT of naked people. The beach is gorgeous. There is a bathroom/rinse off place right before you get to the beach. I didn't see anyone selling anything so it's best to be prepared and bring your food/drink.

These trails, built on flat land, are full of technical challenges.

Quiet beach with washrooms , picnic benches and bbq , ready for large or small groups this quite beach is sheltered from winds so when the seaside is too windy ( especially for children ) this is a great beach !

They also have kilometres of wilderness bike trails that are quite fun with bridges and twist and turns very exiting .

You can also rent kayaks and paddle the many little rivers within the park ,

A very interesting place for the whole family , 1 car fee 6$ , a bargain ....

Aventura Circle

Reviewed By gloriaas19492468 - Carlsbad, California

Lovely, easy 2-3 mile walking area which circles the Turnberry golf course. You will see ponds, ducks, geese, egret and some birds. The trees, palms, bushes are lovely and you are really just across from the Aventura Mall. Parking is difficult as all around is the high rise community, mostly gated unless you park off 199th St near the bank or mall and walk over. Yet, there is a great service. The silver or green free bus can be picked up at the mall and will drop you off at the yacht club stop. Just walk across the street and there you are!
Takes no more than 1 .5 hours to walk it or be more leisurely. Lots of people on skates, bikes as well.
