Ktima Tzika

Dear winelovers ,our family is inviting you to join us in a unique experience! Here you can see our biological vineyard and our way of producing a completely organic and high quality wine! Moreover you can taste everything so we are looking forward to sharing our passion with you!

My wife and I were rendered a lovely warm welcome from Mr.&Mrs.Tzikas upon our arrival at their family winery. Over a period of approximately fourth minutes, Iannis expertly and lovingly introduced us to the numerous types of wine that his family produces. It was a pleasure to taste each and every glass, combined with Iannis’ interesting explanations. It is clear that Iannis has an immense passion for his wine and that he is a fountain of wisdom when it comes to his trade. We have visited many wineries worldwide, yet this intimate visit was indeed unique and another gem to add to our first holiday experinces in Greece. My compliments to Mr. & Mrs.Tzikas and gratitude for your kind hospitality (and best wishes to your lovely dog.......) Any visit to Halkidiki without visiting this wonderful establishment is incomplete. Yamas Sari & Adam Heinig

Worth Visiting!

Reviewed By rad0jicam

Crystal clear water, very clean and neat with lots of space and although this beach is facing northeast huge waves and strong winds are very rare. A "must visit" beach and it is only a 15 minute drive from Sarti.

Very nice shallow beach, with fine sands and crystal blue water, no waterseed. There are two beach bars and enough free of charge space. One of the best beaches, we have visited in Northern Greece!

It looks like a huge pool with great water and very nice sand. Sand is like buckwheat, it doesn't stick to the body.

Stayed on the main beach in Vourvourou, it's good but not fabulous. Still, DO try renting a boat for a day to go diving around Diaporos island - you will find great small coves with crystal shallow waters perfect for a dive, one of the best experiences you can have in Vourvourou!

Kriartisi Beach

Reviewed By silvanasibiu

We spent 10 days in Sithonia and we have seen all the beaches. This is the best one! Clean beach, turquoise water, nice view of mount Athos, silent, not crowded. Beach bar is cool, good prices: 6eur for 2 frappes which come with 2 bottles of water included. Nice sunbeds and showers. Water is deep and there are waves. There is also a nice tavern with great food. Do not miss it.

Kalamitsi Beach

Reviewed By Ninnieatkinson - Nikiti, Greece

This beach is lifeguarded and has 3 options of sun lounges. It is a quiet beach with a few restaurants for lunch/dinner. It is about 50 minute drive from Nikiti but well worth it. We’ve made the trip 4 times over our 2 week holiday. We also ate at one of the restaurants a few times Taverna Zorbas (would recommend). There is a fun island close to shore to explore and some water activities such as a pedal boat.

Possidi Beach

Reviewed By Familia_Masson - Oxted, United Kingdom

We drove here from Kriopigi looking for a more superior beach and it definitely was! We parked in the large carpark on the road and walked away from the umbrellas and sunbeds, towards the cape tip looking for a less crowded area. It was worth the long (10 mins PLUS) and tricky walk (in sand!) as we discovered such calm and crystal clear waters on the north side of the cape! There was no wind on this day so the water was ultra calm and we spent the day snorkelling and playing made up games for our 13 and 15yr old such as “find the distinctive stones” that we threw into the water for them to dive for. There are no facilities at all so we brought our own lunch and were armed with our beach tent and towels too pitch up close to the water’s edge. The beach is sandy but pebbly nearer the water and into the sea. We hadn‘t brought our water shoes but didn’t feel we needed them. However, I would recommend this them for the southern side of the cape as it looked like it was rocky. The sea was definitely choppy on the southern side too! We discovered that there was a carpark much closer (by the lighthouse) and that people were even driving onto the sand and parking next to where they pitched their umbrellas!!
