Guizhou is a province of the People's Republic of China located in the southwestern part of the country. Its capital city is Guiyang. Guizhou is a relatively poor and economically undeveloped province, but rich in natural, cultural and environmental resources. Demographically it is one of China's most diverse provinces. Very pleasant, easy walk to reach the end point which was like an open cave. It has the wow factor, more so than the seven small arches. The entire walk was very scenic. We walked in and took the 10 min boat ride out. The fare was 20 rmb. We went right after breakfast, The crowd was manageable. It would not be enjoyable during peak tourist season.

Don't miss this spectacular and impressive national geopark. A fairly easy walk, all boardwalk, some steps up and down. Take the lift 75m to starting point. We found that it is a little easier anti -clockwise (turn left when you get out of lift) as there are less steps going up. But if you have knee problems and prefer going up rather than down, turn right when you exit lift. The roar of the numerous waterfalls and view of the canyon from the bridges soothe the soul, calms the mind. We left fully recharged. A most memorable experience not to be missed if you are in Xingyi

Beautiful ancient village, awesome landscape, and friendly Miao Minority villagers. Some of the villagers were dressed in their traditional costumes.
