Founded in the 1530s, Ecuador's largest city and main port is the top access point for Galapagos cruises and home to a bustling import-export business. Tourism is on the rise as well, thanks to a new international airport and urban renewal projects along the River Guayas promenade and in the historic neighborhood of Las Peñas. The 465-step climb to the top of Santa Ana Hill provides sweeping views and a chance to stand on the site of the city's birthplace.

For more than a quarter century, Ecua-Andino has been the first Ecuadorian Panama Hats brand that combines the expertise of its local crafts people and its team of designers showcasing a wide range of shapes and colors.
Really great hats. A good price and fabulous selection, and super patient staff. Not a tourist trap. Secret: with each purchase they’ll give you a hat from their imperfects selection.

First day so it was about the department of public works and Guayaquil. I was so wrong this place has everything and it doesn’t take long to go through it. Everything from the Amazon to the Galapagos figures in Ecuadorian history . Don’t let the name for you it even has Aztec art I was highly impressed with my visit here very close to the continental hotel where we stayed and across the park iguanas . And the huge Catholic cathedral in one place within walking distance of The riverfront.

A cultural space that combines the rustic and bohemian atmosphere of a cafeteria with alternative theater of reduced spaces. This modality, which is widely known in Europe as Micro-theater, proposes to represent short-format works in rooms with a capacity of approximately 20 spectators per room, which will rotate throughout the house where they can see up to 5 works in a single night. In addition to being able to have the best coffee in the city accompanied by good snacks and soft drinks. All this in an exclusive atmosphere of the house, ideal for all audiences
