The Doc Holliday Museum, representing Griffin’s legendary son, has a small display in the Griffin Museum. A much larger collection is on display at the Museum on Lucky Street.

The Spalding Hosiery Shoppe (aka The Sock Shoppe and B. Turner’s), was opened in 1936 by Robert and Gladys Futral. The history of the store begins in a single garage stall that was located across from Spalding Knitting Mills, which was the area’s largest hosiery mill at the time.

Nu Sunrise Farms is part of GA Grown Agritourism and we invite you to come see our farm and ask questions. We are part of the Farm Bureau Certified Farm Market Family. Lastly, we are a proud member of the Griffin/ Spalding Chamber of Commerce. We are a Nubian Goat Farm that sells bottle babies for dairy use. We are approved by GDA to sell goats milk for pets. We also make Goats Milk Lotions and Soaps. Our honey bees allows us to pollinate our gardens and provide raw Honey for Sale. We have fresh brown eggs for sale. Our Chickens are pasture ranged, only caged at night, and always roaming our farm doing what chickens do. We raise and sell Mini Rex Rabbits for FFA and 4H projects. I call them cats without attitude and they make great house pets. (Yes, they are litter box trainable.) Jams, Jellies and Preserves and pickled products are made fresh from our produce. We could go on and on, but seeing is believing so come on out and visit our farm and see what Farm Life is all about!
