Andy killed it. Super nice, great instructions, very polite. Paddleboards were amazing fun, very easy to use. Can't wait to go again. Dominic Cleveland

You can rent the pavilions. The sides can be closed in the winter. The Goodyear blimp is docked right next to the park. This is one of the great legacies of Goodyear, and it's wonderful that the former employee-only park is now available to everyone as a state park.

Operated by the City of Canal Fulton and the Canal Fulton Heritage Society, the St. Helena III Canal Boat rides offer the public the chance to ride a replica cargo canal boat pulled by two work horses one mile south and back on the original Ohio & Erie Canal. The boat travels past the renovated McLaughlin Dry Dock and Lock 4. During the one hr ride, the crew steer with a rudder and poles while a historian on board provides facts and stories of life during Ohio’s canal era.
This little excursion exceeded our expectations. The boat ride was a full hour, with our guide providing narration and history of the Ohio Canal systems. The guide was very knowledgeable, and even played some period-themed music on his banjo and harmonica. He gave us the opportunity to climb on top the boat at one point to enjoy the view of the canal from that perspective as well. Fairly priced for what you receive, and highly informative. Well worth our time.

There is a big grocery store, clothing stores, a book store, hardware and home items, electronics, office products, and several good restaurants. Also, a movie theater and a Walmart are adjoining the strip, if not technically in it. It's as good as going downtown!
We go there at least once a week.

I visited here in March 2018 for the national convention of Tarkenton Financial. The visit was much more memorable with Fran Tarkenton (HOF 1986) accompanying us through the museum reminiscing about various players who he personally knew or had known.Awesome to hear that you had a memorable visit! Something you will definitely remember since it was unique to tour with a Hall of Famer. We hope to have you make a return trip in the near future.

I love coming here for the mini golf course (altho I do think the original course is better than the retro course, mainly because it's so much prettier!) The grounds are beautiful and well kept. And they keep adding more things, esp for younger children. But the go-karts and bumper cars and bumper boats are fun for all ages :)

We took the grandkids here, played on the playground that looks brand new, walked down to the bog (or fen). Saw many unique plants but no animals. The trails were nicely maintained and mostly clearly marked. The composite construction pathway right over the bog is very nice. We missed the beaver dam, I guess we will have to go back. We were a little surprised to see a house perched on a hill on the other side of the bog, but I guess you can't stop progress.
