The Tivoli Club is a return to the days of vaudeville, when the cinema wasn't much fun and television hadn't been invented. Vaudeville had a lot more variety than 'the flicks' and comedians were the stars of the show. The Tivoli is a return to the good old days, when the best entertainment was live

We were late finding this gallery,so only had an hour before closing. As we hurried round it was apparent we needed more time as the galleries were full of great art from aboriginal, old pioneers, brand new artists. What staggered us was the amount of well known pieces by famous artists and sculptures.

Claremont Showground is used for many events, the most popular being the Perth Royal Show. This year the Royal Show will be held from 25 September to 2 October 2021. The Show has its own dedicated train stop on the Fremantle Line for major events. Parking is usually tight, the train is a good option. Claremont is a prosperous suburb, 2 miles (3 km) from the centre of Perth.' The Royal show is WA's most popular community event. Sideshow Alley attracts youngsters; many country people come to see the livestock. Country women often like the preserves and cake competitions; sample bags are always in demand. For many country people, it's a time to catch up with friends and see the city. By the way, the Royal Show is similar to State Fairs in the United States.
