The area offers so much. The beach is beautiful and provides opportunity for swimming, boogie boards, surfing for different ability levels. With the outlet from the Onkaparinka there it is ideal for young children as well. Access by the boardwalk is easy and has lovely views.

Beautiful beach. Quite vast , lovely azure ,clear seas ... amazed to see cars all over the sand. Also the poles from an old pier and caves ... A few families out there today. It was glorious

The 1st official nudist beach in Australia (good on ya SA). The stark cliffs and curving bay make this a unique beach. Clearly signed 'nude' bathing areas, and plenty of space for 'non-nude' beach-goers. Definitely worth a look! An easy drive from Adelaide, and accessible by Metro too.

West Beach is an active and fun suburb with lots of bike paths, bmx tracks, and a soccer stadium. HarbourTown is also really good, and the beach is so calm. There is enjoying entertainment venues including, 'Mega', 'West Beach mini Golf', 'The Wedgie', and 'West Beach Caravan Park'.

We based our week long stay in Semaphone. It was a great place to explore greater Adelaide. It is both relaxing and beautiful but also has great nightlife if you are seeking with live music at multiple locations on the weekends. The locals were really friendly and welcoming and everything you need is within walking distance of the main street - loads of food options and conveniences
