Caves which feature beautiful stalagmite and stalactite formations.
We took the full 90 minute tour. Great tour guide. The walk was not difficult at all. There are stairs, and a few places where even I, at 5 feet, had to bend low in order not to bang my head. It's a cool 50 degrees, you need a light weight jacket. Bring a camera, you will love this tour.

Scenic, 2.8-mile hiking trail at Nevada's Great Basin National Park.
Our family of five have been to many national parks, and this hike is one of our very favorites. It has an exhilarating but not too strenuous uphill climb that ends up placing you among the oldest trees in the world. The bristlecone pines are almost spiritual in their shriveled majesty, while imparting a sense of weariness along with hopeful wisdom. Don’t miss out on this relatively short hike if you make it to Great Basin National Park, as it is truly special.
Scenic lake in the park - visit at sunrise for a spectacular view.
