Graskop is a small town in Mpumalanga province, South Africa. It was set up in the 1880s as a gold mining camp but it now serves as a tourist destination and the timber industry. The name is Afrikaans for grassy hillock. “God’s Window”, a scenic view from the escarpment of the Lowveld below, is located outside the town.

I highly recommend this tour. Norman, my guide for the day, came to the hotel to pick me up. We drove to the Apartheid museum where he left me inside to explore. 2.5 hours later we met outside and were on our way to Soweto. Touring the various neighborhoods in Soweto gave me a great overall view of the area. We stopped at the Hector Peterson memorial and then at the Mandela house. At the end, Norman drove me back to the hotel. Norman was a very charming guide and very knowledgeable of the history of the area.

A very comfortable hotel, and an excellent driver with most of the safaris on our own. Much enjoyed too the Panorama Tour which was unexpectedly beautiful. Splendid dinners and breakfasts, and the pool was beautifully situated.

The lodging was so comfortable, the grounds we so peaceful, and the food was absolutely amazing!! Our guide for the safari was super friendly and knowledgeable, and it really felt like a private excursion. 10/10 would recommend and definitely plan on coming back once I can travel the world again *sigh*

This local based tour company is well knowledged of the area and provides a professional service to the clients in terms of site history and places of interest. Celine my tour guide for the Xi'an part demonstrated lots of passion and information of all the sites that we visited. She was extremely friendly and provided good support to everyone's needs. Great trip! TK was so helpful and always available to help. The hostels we stayed in were amazing and the activities even better, I strongly suggest the elephant walk, bungee jumping and sandboarding.
