Features local crafts in restored log buildings.
Spruce Forest Artisan Village is a venue, which artists showcase and sell their work. Visitors and tourists have the chance to interact with artisans inside their studios. Spruce Forest Artisan Village is a very pleasant tourist center, near two very nice restaurants. We recommend.

Hand Crafted Moonshine and Tasting Room.
This is a unique and pleasant departure from traditional beer, wine & liquor tastings. Super friendly Dozer, the dog, was the first to welcome us into the fantastically decorated family owned and run business. We hung out at the tasting bar with Lisa and Jake as she told us the history of their business and explained each flavor as we tasted them. Coffee Mocha was a favorite of ours and we ended up buying a bottle to take home. Afterwards, we were given a tour and Lisa explained their distillation process. We truly had a good time and happy Groupon pointed this out as an activity we might be interested in. No reservations needed. Just check website for times they are open for general “tastings”. We look forward to returning.

Five miles from Grantsville, this park is popular with bikers and hikers.
Loved our two night stay in cabin 11! Cabin is huge and overlooks the lake. Used the outdoor fire ring close by for fires at night and indoor stove late night or early am. Hiked and fished during the day with our 3 children. Didn't want to leave! Will be back!
