Booked an excursion to Crystal Caves with this company. They asked us to change our original departure time and were late to pick us up at the hotel. The driver gave a brief explanation of the island but was hard to hear over the noise of the van and he didn't seem very enthusiastic. The ride to the Caves was about a half hour and the vehicle was air-conditioned. Driver waited when we went through Caves with a guide. On return, driver seemed like we bothered him when we returned as he was eating and he had to press a button to open the van door. Maybe he was having a bad day. Not very personable when others asked questions about the island and sites. We tipped him although we probably shouldn't have (hopefully his day got better after that) but he drove well and got us there and back safely.

The owners and crew made visiting Stingray City one of the best experiences of my life. I wanted to swim with the stingrays on my birthday and had booked a spot with a different company days before, but the night before the trip, that boat wasn't full enough and it was canceled. Fortunately I was able to get a spot with Rowan Water Sports at the very last minute and got to snorkel while the stingrays circled around being fed, held a giant stingray and took some amazing photos. Robert and the staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company and thank them for making my birthday so special!

We had booked this excursion on our cruise ship and were looking forward to it as it was a beautiful day. The staff were great and very helpful However the two sites we visited were close to the town and the snorkeling was meager some fish nothing spectacular. The wreck was interesting but again not in pristine waters we expecting. I would have like to cruise farther and gone to just one place with more opportunity to see wildlife.

We loved this excursion! Our group was myself, husband, and two daughters (7 & 11) and another couple. We were early in the morning (9am) so we were at the caves before the cruise chips came in - we had the whole place to our self (well, and the bats). We had a great tour of a lot of the island, stopped at the blow holes for photos (beautiful), and went to explore the caves! Yves was a wonderful funny guide. He made the trip even better with the knowledge of the place he loves - you can tell he enjoys his career! This was our favorite thing we did on our trip.
